Blue Dragon Video Games wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and warranty guidelines. Return windows begin on delivery for online orders and on the purchase date for in-store purchases.

Pre-Owned Games, Systems & Accessories

Defective pre-owned games, systems and accessories may be exchanged within 15 days.

New Systems

Brand-new systems include a 15-day guarantee through Blue Dragon Video Games. Manufacturer warranty coverage may also apply.

Unopened New Merchandise

Unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund within 15 days with the original receipt.

Merchandise must remain factory sealed and in its original condition.

Opened Merchandise

Once factory-sealed packaging has been opened, the item is considered used.

Used Merchandise Returns

Used merchandise may be returned within 7 days for a refund or full store credit.

Blue Dragon Video Games reserves the right to limit or refuse excessive or abusive returns.

Online Orders

Online purchases follow the return windows above, starting on the delivery date. Eligible online purchases may also be returned in store.

Before returning an online order, please contact Blue Dragon Video Games for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Mailed returns cost $8.99, or $14.99 for consoles. Eligible in-store returns are free. These return shipping charges do not apply when the return is due to an error by Blue Dragon Video Games or an item received defective. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after Blue Dragon Video Games receives and inspects the returned item.

Return Requirements

Items should be returned with all original components, accessories, cases, manuals, and packaging that were included with the purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required.
