Blue Dragon Video Games wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and warranty guidelines.

Pre-Owned Games, Systems & Accessories

Pre-owned items are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Brand-new systems include a 15-day guarantee through Blue Dragon Video Games. Manufacturer warranty coverage may also apply.

Unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Merchandise must remain factory sealed and in its original condition.

Once factory-sealed packaging has been opened, the item is considered used.

Used merchandise may be returned within 48 hours of purchase for a refund or full store credit.

Blue Dragon Video Games reserves the right to limit or refuse excessive or abusive returns.

Online purchases follow the same return policy as purchases made in our retail store.

Before returning an online order, please contact Blue Dragon Video Games for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Blue Dragon Video Games or an item received defective.

Items should be returned with all original components, accessories, cases, manuals, and packaging that were included with the purchase.

Proof of purchase may be required.
