Order processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Preorder and coming-soon products ship after they become available; release dates may change.

Shipping destinations and carriers

Available shipping services and carriers are displayed during checkout for the customer’s delivery address. We currently fulfill online orders to supported addresses in the United States. We do not restrict access to the online store based on a customer’s location.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

The shipping charge and estimated delivery information are calculated and shown before the customer completes checkout. Cost may vary based on the destination, selected service, package size, and item type. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier receives the package and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is provided with the shipment confirmation. Carrier scans and tracking updates may take time to appear.

Address accuracy and delivery problems

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address correction is needed or if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive as expected. We will work with the customer and carrier to investigate.

Shipping a purchase back to us is governed by our Return Policy at bluedragonvideogames.com/return-policy. Eligible online purchases may also be returned in store.
